ENCON was established in 1994 by four engineers for providing environmental services. It was a small sized company (according to the number of permanent staff) till 2001, focused on environmental management and soft engineering services. Encon Environmental Laboratory was established in 2006 within Encon Environmental Consultancy Co. in order to perform measurements, analysis and R&D in the environmental field.
